This book was written to help inspire self forgiveness, guilty no more. I spent many years blaming everyone else for my personal issues, I found out that I was not willing to forgive myself and others. By blaming, and complaining kept me experiencing the same issues in my life. I realized that I can only be responsible for my own actions, no one forced me to do anything. Shame and blame were causing me to not love myself unconditionally. I wanted to become self aware, paying attention to my fllowing thoughts, instead of acting out. In order to heal I had to first accept my weakness, charater flaws, and mistakes without shame. This way I was able to forgive myself for not being perfect and also forgive others. This is my journal based on my spiritual journey going inwards then coming out. This is not the truth just my truth, because the truth is your own. I write about letting go so that we can become who we are supposed to be. We all have the opportunity to become our greatest selves. There is a hidden power within all of us, potential energy waiting to be unlocked. My past experiences created many obstacles and challenges. I was bullied used and abused, I also hurt others too. I used to believe that I had many enemies, but I have come to realize that the (inner me) or enemy was I all along. With narcissistic tendencies, I refused to look at my reflection, I was too proud and filled with self-importance. After a few months of practicing Buddhism, including working on self awareness, I began to see my flaws and imperfections. I was surprised by how selfish and self-centered I was towards others. I began to see that other's feelings matter, only because I was able to face my own feelings about myself without condemnation, self-ridicule. I began to see that the world does not revolve around me and that everyone is important no matter how I personally felt. I realized that I am not perfect but I can be my best. I now see that it was never about changing my personality, we can only improve ourselves. I first had to accept that I have flaws too, and that may never change, this took unconditional love.
