Anstatt nun in unendlichen Kanondiskussionen verloren zu gehen in der Hoffnung, die Frage zu klären, ob es einen rechten und gültigen Kanon gäbe, der von Gott bestätigt sei, sollte jeder interessierte Leser einfach damit beginnen, seine oder ihre Vorurteile beim Lesen verschiedener Texte gleichsam zu „übersteigen“ (transzendieren) – das Feld ist einfach riesig und extrem interessant. Jeder geneigte Student wird erstaunt sein über den Reichtum, den die Texte bereithalten: das betrifft nicht zuletzt verschiedene Blickwinkel und vielfache Querverbindungen. Und damit sehen wir den tiefen Grund, warum jeder Student der Bibel ein solides Verständnis der vielfältigen extrabiblischen Texte benötigt, den so genannten Apokryphen und Pseudepigraphen. Dieses Buch ist eine Art Navigator durch den unüberblickbaren Ozean, genannt Internet, um frei zugängliche Text zu finden. Immer noch sind Apokryphen und Pseudepigraphen in Buchform extrem teuer, und viele sind auch heute gar nicht in Buchform veröffentlicht, schon gar nicht in Deutsch. Im Netz allerdings (und vornehmlich in der englischsprachigen Welt) findet man fast alles. Ich nenne viele Quellen, und ich hoffe, dass viele Leser lieben werden, was sie zu lesen bekommen. If you watch Black Sabbath´s Song "God is dead?" you will see that Ozzy Osbourne must have known the “Zeitgeist” documentary proving his deeper interest also in the case of God and Jesus. My case in this book is not Ozzy Osbourne (though I always loved to listen to him), nor the Zeitgeist movie (which is indeed an amazing film everybody should watch with discernment). If Ozzy Osbourne has time to look deeper when it comes to God and Jesus, we should also take our time to watch and dig and uncover hidden treasures, and there are many waiting for discovery. The case of Jesus is one of them.
