I just want to say that this was a wonderful, beautifully written as always. There were some typos and the such that I'm sure you'll catch during editing.
I know that's the point of the writing is for a romance contest, it doesn't come off as a romance, which I'm personally fine with because I hate romances. xD But the brewing romance between Farah and Isaac seems a bit gratuitous and a little forced.

I know that's the point of the writing is for a romance contest, it doesn't come off as a romance, which I'm personally fine with because I hate romances. xD But the brewing romance between Farah and Isaac seems a bit gratuitous and a little forced.
Another problem was the beginning. There are way more characters then I can count in a story of such short length. They all have names and seem to be described. I didn't lose track of the characters, but the appearances of them and what species they were got muddled.
