The book was designed and inspirely made to our different bills constituted to each and every civilians to combat corruption in our time. Our outlook and concepts about different form of corrupt practices need to be sharpen, enhanced and must be well educated to stand against the malpractices linger around our human history and environment. Our rights has been always distorted and deviated because most of our Government offices and leaders and jurisdiction was not nurtured in providing the best practices to combat this unlawful acts.
