I think the first but I would change the wording "The Price You Must Pay for Blood". It has more impact, seems to be a compulsion. Just a suggestion.

Ok but in relation to my blurb which one would you chose now?

A prophecy foretells the birth of a hybrid and it's purpose in a dysfunctional, backward society where power has a far greater importance than life. However, it's accuracy is incorrect possibly to reflect it's need to protect the hybrid.

There have been stories about the first hybrid's ranging from their existence to their disappearance. Centuries later it's found that they were in fact imprisoned and it's the hybrid duty to rescue them especially as they have a connection.

No one expects the unexpected even when it's playing there doppelganger staring them in there face. In this life time things won't end the way you expect; there will be no rapturous ending.

In order to understand where you are going and your purpose in life you must first know where you came from and who your ancestors were.
