about the phone ; well let me tell a true you of a young man I know who liked surfboarding. Our islands are surrounded by strong tides he went surfboarding off the small island of Graemsay but the tide took him out to sea. he clung on to his board and prayed ,The tide turns every 6 hours eventually he was swept back in and crawled ashore. this traumatic experience led him to become a christian church minister. In this case he had no phone.
