i hate moving it's never fun

I could easily relate to this. We had many homes at different times, even one brand new one ...multi-levelled.
Because of bills pulling up, we sold it and rented for 4 years. But that got to be expensive too. So we moved to another province and bout a small.fixer-upper. When my wife should it to me online, I told her I don't even wish to view it with an agent....yet ...we did and fell in love with it right away...bought it...moved in 2 weeks ago...and we are very happy...it's ours and it's home.
