Thanks so much! I am glad you liked and thought they were good. You could say I have had a fascination with the sun, the moon and the stars like spiritual symbols and I wanted to write poems about each one individually.

Ever so sweet and pure! There is nothing simple about these haiku's! They are insightful and brilliant in their short form. Lovely!

Hi and thanks for reviewing my haikus. I have never before written a haiku so critique is welcome. I thought the concept fairly easy to understand (but not as easy to write) so I decided to give it a go. As I understand, I learned that haiku was about writings of nature in general, not just the seasons. But your advice on this is helpful as I did not know this. I was inspired to write these due to another person's haiku (on another site) that was about the moon only. I liked that poem so much I had to try and write my own. I am glad you liked, even if they don't exactly qualify as traditional haiku though. Thanks again. I will definitely look into the Tanka form as well.
