In effect, our NRA designed laws enable law abiding citizens in their
preparation for a mass killing sometime in the future.

The burden of addressing intent is on the police, doctors, teachers,
psychiatrists, gun dealers, families, and friends. They all have to figure out
who will finally pull the trigger.

This is a set up for legally sanctioned killing. If you can murder many people
at once in a school, a movie theater, an outdoor concert, or a church why
become a serial killer?

Why not just get it over with?

As a result, any place or event where people assemble is at risk and must
prepare for such an eventuality.

At this very moment, Duke University is preparing for a lock down drill?

What has happened to our constitutional right to assembly without fear?
