Three people are abducted by a criminal group and confined in the basement. Kate ends up locked in the same place with her ex-boyfriend for whom she still has unshared feelings and his new girlfriend. While the gang leader tries to extort money from his victims in order to save his parents from cancer and another gang, mental and physical torture clashed in a mortal combat for Kate's mind and body. Which of them will take over and how does it feel to be tortured physically when you are already dead on the inside?
