Twenty years ago, a family in Minnesota was killed by an axman, leaving a small girl alive. Two decades later Mrs. Caren Javier received a dollhouse on her doorstep vaguely resembling the Minnesota house and the cursed day of her parents' death. She got a note attached to it. Caren mysteriously disappeared from her New Jersey home leaving her husband in confusion. Dr. James Javier visited detective Marie Claire and requested her to solve the case.
