Funny at first, sad at second, and heartbreak at third. A really good job of evoking emotions with so very few words.

These are masterfully done. That third one was hard to read. Been there, done it and hated it.

I know. I still can't read it, and I leave the room if someone is reading it out loud.

I just read your drabbles aloud to my daughter and we are both sitting here, trying to watch Dancing with the Stars with tears pouring down our faces. That last story was way too painful for these two softies. We are grabbing our dog, Dolly, and holding her tight, hoping she will live forever. Despite the sad topic, you obviously wrote it beautifully and managed to evoke huge emotions in your readers.

You think that you cried...you should have seen me. I was bawling like a baby all throughout writing it. I had to stop and go wash my face with cold water before continuing. This was the hardest thing I've ever written.
Sorry about that...but thanks anyway.

Thanks...I prefer happy ending(like in almost every other story I've written) but this one about George had to be told as is.
