This is a letter I wrote after a rather infuriating day at school surrounded by the exact people described in the title: apathetic teens. I do not mean to offend anyone with this letter, and felt every word of it needed to be said.

It's an open letter. To apathetic teens. It's in the title. An open letter is when you write a letter to all people who fit the description. Not just a single person.
