Women (girls) in India - 2024

Apart from the domestic violence that still exists in families that include both  poor and the rich, girls need to be proactive.  Though many girls of today are educated and prefer to choose a career before getting married, still the question remains unanswered.  Can I tell Indian girls are strong enough to tackle any delicate situations - still unanswered.

Well Written. It is unfortunate that parents think girl child is a burden and desperately waiting for them to get married. Celebrating puberty of the girl child is the dirtiest of all our rituals ... declaring that she is ready for marriage and restricting her not to go out... Mingle with boys etc... A lot needs to change and the change is slowly coming
