The link between stress and stomach ulcer/acid reflux could be because of reduced Melatonin. There are a number of recent studies showing lowered Melatonin in patients with stomach ulcer and acid reflux. Melatonin has regenerative and protective qualities in Gastrointestinal mucosa in addition to regulating sleep patterns. That could also explain lack of sleep accompanied by these symptoms when stress levels are high. A clear mind allows the body to heal.

This book was written for one of my friends and we both sort of ran out of ideas so we ended it. if anybody has any ideas, i'll see if i can get them into the book :)

Hmm i like that. I thought of that a few times. I'm not sure what she should do. I'm thinking maybe something with either like her ex somehow comes back into her life or something or maybe she just breaks his rules.

she goes on with her slave life he gives her some education... somewhere along the lines she somehow disobeys him and he has to teach her a "lesson"
