Emma and her boyfriend got into a fight and then Emma left with Billy their 2 year old son. Then Emma and her son Billy went to a hotel. They rented a room. Then during the night there is constant bangs on the wall then Emma goes down stairs to complain when she got back up stairs her son was missing from his cot. Then she runs around the confusing, transforming hotel and then sees things that haunt her for ever.
