In the dark city of Arcadia, several kids have gone missing. When detective Jesse Coles is put on the case he is stuck so he gets in touch with a friend who is psychic to help him solve the case. Frankie Matthews is a psychic and uses her ability to help solve cases like this missing persons case. While she helps Jesse she gets sent these keys with letters of the alphabet on them. While Frankie and Jesse are trying to figure out the case, death threats against Frankie start getting into the mix of the case.
