Going by the pictures inside the book, it might be OK for making clothes for Barbie and Ken. The picture on the cover seemed to suggest it was for bigger size dolls. I was somewhat disappointed once I took a peek inside and saw that was not the case. I might still get some use out of it as my granddaughters will be playing with Barbies for years to come.

I was hoping there would be patterns for baby dolls as i thought they were on the cover. All the clothes in this book are for barbie. Disappointed
